Dr Daming Chi (MBBS, FRACGP, DCH) is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He graduated from China Medical University in China in 1996. Since then he has been working as an orthopaedic surgeon before coming to Australia.
Dr Chi is a talented and highly skilled doctor who is multilingual – Fluent in English & Mandarin.

Dr Jasmine Yeh
Female
Dr Jasmine Yeh (Pronounced: “Yeah!”) moved from New Zealand in 2015 and graduated from Monash University.
She underwent training in internal medicine at Peninsula Health including working in the neurology, renal, gastroenterology, respiratory and cardiology units before coming to Casey Gate Medical Centre. She is a caring doctor who has a special interest in chronic health.
She can speak English and Mandarin.

Asmita Yadav – Senior Physiotherapist
Female
Asmita, director of Complete Care Physio Health Group Hampton Park, graduated from India. She has over 12 years of physiotherapy experience working in varieties of settings in Australia and overseas. Asmita has equipped herself through continuous professional training and experience over the years with diverse modalities of treatments such as dry needling, manual therapy, and Clinical Pilates to achieve favourable outcomes for her clients.
Her keen interest and knowledge in women’s health has aided in successful treatment outcomes for large female population in the local community. Her passion to serve the local community drives her motivation to keep up with latest trends in Physiotherapy services.
Asmita is multilingual and can speak Hindi, Kannada, Urdu, Punjabi, Marathi, and Dari.

CLINICAL PILATES
Clinical Pilates is a highly individualised form of traditional Pilates lead by qualified professionals and physiotherapists who have completed formal Pilates training. This means you will complete a safe and effective program under their guidance. With a focus on rehabilitation and prevention, your physio will prescribe specific Pilates exercises based on your detailed physiotherapy assessment.
Leigh Perez – Podiatrist

Leigh is an accredited practicing podiatrist with over 20 years experience. She has a degree in health science in human movement and is a member of Sports Medicine Australia and Australian Podiatry Association. She is passionate about health & fitness and all aspects of foot health who can assist you in your journey to achieve your podiatry goals.

We proudly host GP Registrars at our practice
Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) has accredited Casey Gate Medical Centre to provide education and training for GP Registrar.
GP Registrars are qualified doctors who all have previous experience in hospitals, with general practice experience depending upon their stage of training.
They are undertaking further training to become a Specialist GP with Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.
Our highly experience and dedicated specialist GPs are proud to be hosting and supporting Registrars and sharing their valuable knowledge and experience with them. GP Registrars move practices every 6-12 months to gain different experiences as part of their training.
